Come celebrate with the Waldport Public Library Young Writers as we launch their published works: "The Arctic Dragon Stories" and "The Dragon City". "The Arctic Dragon Stories" is an anthology of short stories, haiku, and drawings five young writers. "The Dragon City" is a graphic novel written and illustrated by teen volunteer, Danora Trammell.
Local, internationally known fantasy author and buisness owner of the Hauser Gallery in Seal Rock, Rose Estes will speak about her own beginnins as a young writer and where that led her, including her work as a "Dungeons & Dragons" author.
Summer Teen Volunteers will also be honored during this evening.
All ages are invited to enjoy!
